I personally can't take Florida weather most of the time, but I can't take summer in NYC either. I'm not a hot weather person. And I don't like living in a/c. I prefer fresh cool air through the windows. Florida's become a very car-oriented society. I feel bad for those people who will be paying more and more for gas. |

If you can do so much how come you haven't sweated in 15 years? If you think we live in the ice and snow you have been in Florida too long. Try sex it makes you sweat remember? Even better

Spring is the season of uncertain.
I have to agree with the majority of New Yorkers we haven't had winters in a long time. I live up in the mountains and I can't remember when we had a snow storm that dropped 2 or 3 feet of snow. It has to go back to the 90's. We have been getting more rain or sleet and ice than snow, and it's bad for the ski slopes, or the guys who earn a living plowing.The summer's have had a lot of humidity too, and we have had some real scorchers too. Each season is different and each year it changes, that's what so great about living in the great Northeast! |

Seeing as my sister lives in Florida and I live in the Bronx, I know well how the summer can be decidedly hotter up here in NYC than in Florida. The only thing is that it stays hot there from about March until November with no real change.
I don't like mild winters. I miss the old freeze winters of the past, sometimes it was so cold and we had no heat (always brokek down on the coldest days)that Mom would tell us to stay in bed (no school that day - yippeee!) until she could get the kitchen warmed up by the oven. |

Do you stay under water all the time ,i sweat in my pool,when it's hot it's hot people sweat.I think you may need to see a doctor ,seems mighty unhealthy not haveing the ability to sweat,maybe there is something wrong with you medically. |

.HAHAHAHAHAHA.....In your dreams I can live there but why would I want to? .My family is here, my friends ,a few friends live there and I do visit but not much ...I wouldn't live anywhere but here.. .I LOVE NEW YORK...... Best of both worlds ,seasons and family who could ask for more?Not Me..You stay in Florida with your pool and enjoy never leaving your house.... I would save a lot of money moving to Florida NYC is very expensive,but no thanks... I don't ever envy anyone or anything ever,If I want something I will do my best to get it....Florida I don't want....
