"ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT'.......

.HAHAHAHAHAHA.....In your dreams I can live there but why would I want to? .My family is here, my friends ,a few friends live there and I do visit but not much ...I wouldn't live anywhere but here.. .I LOVE NEW YORK...... Best of both worlds ,seasons and family who could ask for more? Not Me..You stay in Florida with your pool and enjoy never leaving your house.... I would save a lot of money moving to Florida NYC is very expensive, but no thanks... I don't ever envy anyone or anything ever,If I want something I will do my best to get it....Florida I don't want.... I have a house her in the Bronx and my daighter and I own a house in the Berkshires ,so I am very content.... Wanna come and ski?

DUMB DUMB , TELL ME , WHAT DO YOU DO BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND MARCH?? BESIDE GO TO RITE AID FOR THERA FLU AND COLD MEDECINE?? DONT FORGET AIRBORNE, IT REALLY DOES HELP....

NOW STOP COMMENTING ON WHAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT....I LIVE A VERY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, I DON'T HYBERNATE ALL WNTER AND GET FAT

Why would I need Thera Flu? I have no idea what airborneis. If you don't sweat you can't be that active, unless you lack sweat glands...
I love when my friend comes to Ny for a wedding,if it is below 70 degrees she is bundled up because she is freezing, and I am walking around in capris. Nov to March sadly have been very mild the last few years ,no need for any winter coats hats ,or gloves.....

You love Florida I love New York... I'll leave it at that....

Concourse Crone sweats when she sprints to the refrigerator for some ice cream, whipped cream with sprinkles and hot sauce. She also sweats when she sees food.

Florida folk do seem to take bragging rights when it comes to going "nyah nyah" to us with regard to the winters up North. They think we're all secretly dying to come down there and can't understand why anybody would willingly want to be in a cold climate. Well, I'm one of those people who actually like cold weather. I suffer in the heat, it makes me not only uncomfortable but physically ill.

I do not get sick because of the cold. In fact, it's a well-known medical fact that germs breed in warm conditions. And, as the other 8 million or so other people seem to attest, I'm not alone. Sure, plenty of us go down to Florida for the winter, those of us who can afford to do so and those of us who dislike the coldest part of the winter. But by and large, the population of the city doesn't seem to go down after Thanksgiving. If anything, more people seem to come here then. If there's any time when it gets kind of empty here, I'd have to say it's August.

I was wondering when that awful heat wave was going to come to the midwest. It sure has been cold here. It's been awfully wet too and I pray we don't have another year of so much rain. The poor farmers can't plant their crops.

I have a home south of Tampa, and the place is starting to look like a ghost town, foreclosures all over the place and people are just packing up and leaving. When I leave here and go to my home on the island, I usually rent to some of the local doctors who come in from out of state, very profitable to say the least.

Home prices are down about 20% right now, and those that can buy should buy.....there are bargains to be have out there.

I THINK THE HOUSING MARKET HAS BOTTOMED OUT...
THE PRICES WON'T BE DROPPING ANYMORE...
SOON AS THE INTEREST RATE GOES UP ALITTLE, PEOPLE WILL START BUYING AGAIN..

THOSE WALKING AWAY FROM THEIR HOMES ARE THE ONES THAT PAID TOP DOLLAR. THEY NOW OWE MORE THAN IT'S WORTH, AND IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR THEM TO BE STRAPPED W/ A HIGH MRTGE..
NOBODY IN WASHINGTON SAW THIS COMING???

You make no sense with the above statement.
Why would I wait until the interest rate goes UP to buy??? Today's low rates are an incentive to buy BEFORE they go up!!

The last time she made sense was when she was someone else...I think she meant to say when the interest rate goes down but how low can it go? She is the Mistress of Confusion!

The amount of foreclosures is still increasing. There will be more and more houses on the market, and unless the economy picks up soon, there will be fewer and fewer buyers. I don't think the house prices have reached anywhere near the low point.

BECAUSE SANDY, PEOPLE ARE ""STILL"" WAITING FOR INT. RATES TO GO DOWN SOME MORE....
WHEN THEY SEE IT WON'T GO DOWN, THEN THEY WILL BUY. PRICES OF HOUSES HAVE HIT THE LOWEST THEY WILL GO....
THIS IS WHAT ALL THE REALTORS ARE PREDICTING IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS...AS IT STANDS NOW, IT'S STARTING TO PICK UP....
