I see a difference between forcefully stating an opinion, even if the opinion is based on hot air, and ranting in an out of control way. What some see as name calling was just responding to ranting in the same way, except that my language is cleaner.

What is a kishmirin? I know the term flatfoot, an old description of a cop who walked a beat. Do the people here spend so much of their time trying to figure out who is who because they have nothing better to do? FYI, Mikey D, I'm a student who is involving himself in this board as a project for a sociology course. It's really an eye-opening experience in terms of the overall topics, the leanings of various people politically and how people arrive at opinions without ever checking sources or gathering facts. You seem to be the person with the most free time and express opinions about mostly everything, but I wonder what you base these opinions on. For instance, the judge that you condemn elsewhere seems to be just like you, a conservative Christian Republican. If you are those things, on what basis do you condems someone just like you? Anyway, my thanks for rich material which I think will earn me a good grade in this course.

FYI mi amigo, I'm not a cop. It's also nobody's business what I am. I might be a very fat lady with flat feet, I might be a foot doctor. With everyone thinking that everyone else is another person, Who knows. I have seen some smart people here and some dumb ones, and I have no idea if they write things here from work or they have no life and nothing else to do. This character who is quick to call people names might be a dancer at the Ballet Trocadero de Monte Carlo, sitting at his computer in a tutu, or he might be a proctologist between patients. I sure don't care, but I thought that calling people names here wasn't the right thing to do.
