Cathy, there are plenty of muslims and African-Americans living here. They do not frighten me.

fatcat, what branch of the service were you in.

It is not I who determined to prosecute any soldiers; it was our military. The ACLU and bleeding hearts had nothing to do with this. In fact most liberals do not agree that all the soldiers that were prosecuted should have been. The wrong people are being prosecuted.

I will be in Las Vegas this summer and fatcat could check my balls. Just keep hand off.

i tell ya, i'm so outraged over this, i can't even think straight...what the hell is this world coming to?

I haven't heard anything about this. In any case, the US Military and the US Government DO NOT permit our soldiers to be tried by foreign courts.

There must be more to this than has been stated on this forum, because there is no probable cause for a criminal accusation.

Cordially,
YOGI

YOGI, DO WE NEED PROBABLE CAUSE ANYMORE? OUR MILITARY IS UNDER SO MUCH SCRUTINY FOR ANY LITTLE THING 'THEY' PERCEIVE TO BE A WRONGDOING, THAT I WOULD THINK IN THE FUTURE ANYONE WHO SIGNED UP WOULD BE MORONIC TO SAY THE LEAST. DO YOU AGREE, THAT SINCE WE MUST LOOK SO PERFECT TO THE REST OF THE WORLD AND LET'S NOT FORGET OUR OWN ENEMIES WITHIN, THAT WE SHOULD DEMAND INVESTIGATION FOR EACH OF OUR MILITARY WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED AND MAIMED? DO YOU THINK THE INSURGENTS WOULD BE SO STUPID? IT'S LIKE WHEN WE MADE GEN. PATTON PUBLICLY APOLOGIZE TO THAT SOLDIER, DID YOU KNOW THE GERMANS WERE ASTOUNDED? THEY WOULD NEVER NEVER HAD DONE THAT TO A TOP MILITARY OFFICER LIKE ROMMEL. THEY FOUND IT DEMEANING AND FOOLISH, JUST LIKE I DO IN THESE CASES AGAINST OUR MEN AND WOMEN.

Dear herb m,

I can't remember any case of an American military man tried in a foreign court with the American government's consent.

Cordially,
YOGI
