I imagine that after all that explanation, you and Norre are at peace (?), I am happy for that.. HOWEVER, I have one other small problem;

In your post (see top of top of this post) YOU say RCIS stands for Registered Cardiac INTERVENTIONAL Specialist.

Why is it, that according to the website I have posted below, as well as all others I looked at on the web, RCIS stands for Registered Cardiac INVASIVE Specialist?

May I ask why you incorrectly named your own specialty?

My certifications are CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) and RCIS which you correctly identified as Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist. However, since the medical specialty of cardiology is broken down into diagnostic, interventional and elctrophysiology there usually is made no distinction between Invasive and Interventional in our field. http://www.sicp.com/

Getting back to the original issue which a few folks so conveniently steered toward my name, Bronx1SG, which I hope I clarified for the doubters in this group, (I also go by Cardiac1SG on some websites) which was the lack of consistency on how various groups react to "free speech". The lesson is that free speech is the sole property of left-leaning, liberal, fringe element radicals and anyone that does not fall into such a category must be punished, ostracized, or defrocked for usurping a right that was never intended for someone that does not belong to an "oppressed" class.

It seems that the majority of this group agrees that Rush was unfairly treated by both the press and his liberal detractors that will readily brand anyone that speaks their mind a racist. Rarely do I agree with everything that is said or printed by either the left or the right and will try to maintain my objectivity. However, my reaction to this type of "censorship" is a personal boycott of the NFL. This organization is already being hit hard by the recession and anything else that effects its customer base negatively will hit them hard where it counts, their big fat wallets. This will then trickle down to the players and their useless union who so vociferously opposed Rush's particpation of the purchase of the Cardinals. Once again there will be proof that there is a God when this sale does not go through and due partly to their miserable performance but also the backlash of the fans the Cardinals will be sold for much less than was recently offered and moved to that third-world cesspool better know to most of us as Los Angelos.

The airwaves, the press, and the internet are tools designed to be used to express opinions, exchange ideas, and promote agendas. As long as there is no government censorship everyone has a free and equal chance of presenting their viewpoints. The left now screams "foul" because their audience has dwindeled and Fox and Air America dominates the listernership thanks to such shows as O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Beck, and Savage. Their answer is to either directly censor those voices or indirectly attack them by proxy just as we see now with Limbaugh, saw last year with the Imus "Nappy-headed Hoes, and Dr. Savage is experiencing on his ban to visit Great Britain because he is brave enough to speak about a link between terrorism and Islamic fundamentalists.

I urge all of you, regarding of political leanings, not to let these attacks on free speech go unprotested.
