Out of curiosity, does anyone here still cook Easter Dinner like we did in the old days?
We have enough food here to feed four Third World countries, and we cut some courses out, lol |

I hate to say it, but I simply cannot top my late Dad's "gravy" and lasagna. I do make a sauce, but for Easter, I'll cook a ham and all the trimmings, but nothing Italian.

I agree Laura, Lasagna for Christmas, Ham for Easter, with potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, sweet potatoes and all the other trimmings. Happy Easter everyone.

In looking up the story of Purim ( I like to know a little about everything) I came across this, and thought it was apropos to current events:

Ham for Easter, save the Italian for Christmas. That's the way my late dad did it. As for your cooking, I'd have to try it to see if it compares.
