This is the true story of an interracial couple that found love together in New York City’s homeless shelters. Thus extinguishing the parenthood of a father to his four children.

On 15 November 1997 in the middle of the night Victoria Becker, (Wangenstein) disappeared from the family home in Silver Spring, Maryland taking with her four infant children.


She then put herself and her four children into the homeless shelter system of New York City. While in one of these shelters her behavior (drugs, prostitution, etc.), caused the Administration of Children’s Services to take her children from her and place them in Foster homes for a period of years. While being free of her children she was then free to enjoy love with a fellow resident of the homeless shelters system who at that time saw himself as an up and coming entrepreneur of the crack cocaine business complete with firearms and etc. Together, the two of them found love, drugs, guns, adventure and etc. on the streets of New York City.

Victoria Becker is a well accomplished legal secretary and if she kept a job would be quite successful in that occupation. At the time she left the family home she was some short months away from a Certified Public Accountant’s degree.

In 2002 Victoria Becker listed a phone number in Astoria, New York. (718-626-9247, 3369 10th Street, Astoria, NY 11106) This writer called that number in the hope of some contact with his children. (not having had any contact with them for 5 years) No such good fortune. Victoria told this writer that she insisted that he come to New York and make good “the mess I’ve made of my life.” She said “it is a lot to overlook” and that “Roy” was “an ******* and I don’t love him.” This writer being somewhat aware of the destructive course Victoria was on and seeing that the children had been made to hate their father saw no reason to join in what Victoria had created. This writer declined to do so and thereupon Victoria disappeared again going to Missouri. More crack and guns there, jobs at McDonald’s and obtaining a vehicle (didn’t make the payments) and disappeared back to New York (still driving a vehicle there with invalid Missouri license plates) and the homeless shelter systems there, whereupon she had an adventure with William Bonilla (more drugs, sex and etc) that caused William Bonilla to bring assault charges against her. Bronx Supreme Court Docket Number: 59173C-2006 . This case was dismissed on 24 April 2008. The ’event’ that produced this charge by Mr. Mr. Bonilla occurred at 1605 Nelson Avenue, Bronx, New York at the residence of Josue Orantes. Why Victoria while living in a homeless shelter with four children and her boyfriend Roy would be there (Nelson Avenue ) in the first place is open to conjecture. Interesting to note that this area of Nelson Avenue has a good deal of crack activity.

A short time later Victoria published the following letter on LIVE JOURNAL;

Dear Sirs,
It has been my privilege getting to know you each morning as I walk to work. You have so very many important jobs to do – removing garbage, constructing buildings, driving in souped-up cars, leaving the halfway house for the day – and you all have something to say to me.
I’m sure it will please you to know that I am quite satisfied with my anatomy, so there is no more need for you to try to boost my self-confidence by complimenting my “rack” or my “ass”, which, while admittedly well-proportioned, is not trying to be the center of your attention.
In addition, I would like to note that while my boyfriend is a slim, erudite, and well-dressed vegan, he is not actually a “***got” or an “ass-monkey.” Really! You’re just going to have to take my word for it. I know him a lot better than you do, and trust me, he loves the ladies, if you know what I mean.
Also, as flattering as it is to hear that you would like me to “suck it,” “take it all off,” or “marry” you, in addition to my current boyfriend, I have a long list of potential suitors, close male friends, and attractive acquaintances who I did not meet at the side of the road. I urge you not to wait for me, as the list of people I would sooner date than you grows exponentially, and you clearly have needs I alone am unable to fulfill.
A number of you have taken to calling me “snow bunny,” which I admit was a new one on me. I looked it up in urbandictionary.com. There are several accepted definitions, and I struggle to choose the one that could possibly apply to me. I am going to assume that you have not mistaken me for a “poser snowboard girl,” as our encounters take place about 100 miles from the nearest slopes. Perhaps you were announcing that I am a “stuck-up, preppy white girl” – I could accept that definition if it wasn’t said in such a lecherous and hopeful tone. If you were insinuating that I am a “female who loves to have sex for free cocaine,” then I must inform you that you are gravely mistaken. The only reasonable assumption I can make is that by “snow bunny” you meant “the white girlfriend in an interracial couple.” Sirs, I appreciate your ardor, but I wouldn’t sleep with someone who catcalled me at the side of the road if the world was about to end and we were the only ones stuck behind a police barricade.

Grapes, if you look under "looking for someone thread" this is the same person looking for Toria Becker, I'm assuming he's related somehow and looking for this person. Sounds like it could be her husband, that she ran away from with her kids.

Maybe he should get the NYPD involved with this, he seems to have enough information to help his cause.

I don't understand this either. He has all the info go to the NYC Board of Ed and see what schools they attend.Try Child Protective Services too.And why doesn't he use the NYPD? I haven't figured out yet what this guy is up to, until then I suggest we ignore him.
