Hey, this is probably a long shot, back then I was friends with a girl named Jamie Smith, maybe class of 67 (not sure) from St Helena. Lived in Throggs Neck. Lost track of her now. -gary

I was brought up in the South Bronx 152nd and St Annes Ave.Went to all the stores on 149th st.Alexanders Herns Freeds Cushmans German Pork Store.Later moved to burke ave. Had lots of friends on 187th st and Arthur ave in early sixties. went to all the feasts and loved all the Italian specialty stores.Used to go to soccer games I think the teams were Milano and FordhamItalians

I also graduated from Cathedral High School in 1958. I went to Peter and Pauls the 1st 2 years. Used to shop 149th & 3rd Ave and worked for a year in Woolworths & Grants there. From Longfellow Ave and 165th St and now live in Brandon, FL
Your post is one of the FEW that are recent. I graduated Roosevelt in '64. Where did you live, me on 178th St. between the Grand Concourse and Anthony Ave. Where did you go to JHS PS???? I went to PS28 and JHS117.
