Yeah, he sure is a colorful character, from what little I've seen of him. I think he'll do his best to see that the right thing is done, though, even if he is enjoying his instant fame on tv, etc. He won't take any crap from Howard K. Stern, that's for sure, and my gut tells me old Howard, firstly, isn't the father of the baby, and secondly, he's a rat of the first order. I think Larry Birkhead is the father, just by looking at the baby. It will all come out in the wash by and by.

Barb I have to agree with you on this This guy is an idiot' I have been to court a couple of times and the judges I have seen will be ashamed of this idiot. I hope he didn't cry that much in the Bronx.

His behavior during this fiasco has a lot of people perplexed. He has been on the Bench since he was 28 years old and up until now...no problems. Things that make you go Hmmmm!

hahaha, i liked him the first 10 minutes i saw him....low and behold i knew why, he's a bronxite..lol
i was hysterical when he was addressing all the lawyers in the courtroom by their STATE and not THEIR NAMES..(that's something i'd do)...lol

i think his tears were very sincere...

and don't forget he's a PROBATE JUDGE, who the hell fights over dead bodies? lol

The man is a disgrace to his profession. The issue should have been resolved in chambers, not in open court, certainly not before a national television audience. I suspect that he's not all that stable. Soon we'll hear about him shaving his head and going into rehab.
