I guess at one time or another, someone from The Bronx must have ran into "Regis"?

My opportunity happened in 2001 at "The 114th. Tournament Of Roses Parade" Saying Hello when he was Grand Marshall for that year... passing down Colorado Blvd. in "Old Town" Pasadena.

Regis is about 13 or so years older than I. He went to Cardinal Hayes high school and then on to Notre Dame University. Never met
Mr. Philbin when in the Bronx but he has never fogotten his roots. He gives to Cardinal Hayes all the time and talks about his Bronx days. He is part Italian and part Irish. He is amazing that at his age he keeps on going!

I heard that Regis went into The Hospital for open heart surgery. Last information has it he came through it quite well.
