Absolutely...I'm loving this...something like this past weekend has not happened in 55 years...just imagine how much more of a lead the Yanks would have if they had not lost Matsui and Sheffield!!

That's OK Duke...living in CT, I can understand how you can get caught up in the Red Sox Nation frenzy

This was a particularly satisfying Yankee fan experience. For the 1978 Boston Massacre, I was on the other side. Living in Connecticut, I gradually became a Red Sox fan, largely because of my kids who were rabid Sox fans. I guess I got caught up in it. Finally, the summer that the Red Sox fired Jimy Williams in mid season, I came to my senses and decided to return to my roots. I grew up in the Bronx, and used to walk to games at the Stadium. Switching back to the Yanks felt sooo right. My kids sent me hate e-mails. The only thing missing - the Yanks haven't won since I came back. I think this is the year!!

Yes Pete, this is the year. I'm looking for a repeat of the 2000 Subway Series with the Yankees being the World Champs of course

Hey Mike,

Two weeks after the Boston Massacre, things are going just fine, aren't they? In a few weeks, the Sox come to Yankee stadium for four games. Are you taking any bets about another sweep? Not likely, but I sure didn't expect it to happen at Fenway.

Go Yankees!

I can see the home feild Advantage in Baseball. Fenway is so diferent it gives a big advantage. The stadium isnt the house that Ruth built it was the house that was built for Ruth. Whats the home field advantage in the other sports. When I see the stats I think there as honest a sport as wresteling

Hey, Duke69. I hear you - that was a really painful experience for a Yankee fan - but this year we won't have to worry about the Red Sox, will we?
