I remember looking out the window at night and seeing the lights shine from the games at Yankee Stadium. I could hear the announcer during the games in Sedgwick. 156

I lived on the Concourse and 158th. I could see the left field Grandstands. One night I woke up at 2AM. I saw the light were on which was not unuseual; but there were people in the stands. I turned on the radio. I heard the end of the longest Yankkee game

Was that during the 90's? I remember a game going into overtime after overtime when I was getting ready for work during the early 90's.

It was in the 50's I think. I forget if the game went 22 inings or maybe more. They had next to nobody left in the stadium at the e3nd of the game.

I've got many fond memories of the old Yankee Stadium (pre-renovation). It was a sports palace. That's why I've been trying to recreate what it was like to be there back in the late 60s and early 70's by building a 3D model of the old ballpark.

You can check out the model's progress at: http://www.digitalcentrality.com/Yankee_Stadium/
