OK Barry ,how far do you think the Rangers and Islanders are going to get?

you know i really love this game. my husband says its to violent, but i say the rougher the bettar. i like boxing to. i say buffalo will win.

Barry,We went to 4 games in Tampa this year.2 Ranger and 2 Islanders. This way we can bitch at each other about each of are teams and noone has an extra game to rub into the other one.LOL

What do you have about an hours drive to Tampa

It's a little over an hour ,but it's all highway so it's not to bad.Tampa has a nice arena. We got seats at center ice in the front of the 3rd tier. Great seats .Parking can get kind of pricey.But what the hell,thats life.Might get them again next season ,depends on the location and if the price goes up.We got 2 seats for 4 games and it was around 900.oo and change.

Thats a bit out of my price range. I own 2 seats at Madison Square Garden for Ranger games in the upper deck. Even with the price increase for the playoffs I'm still paying less than half of what you paid. I go to about 20 games a year. The rest I sell to friends.

Yes It is expensive ,but we hardly ever go on vacation because we have horses,the dog and cat.We just went to see the grand kids for a week .The first time in 2 years .Good thing my neighbor watched the horses,because it cost $296.00 for the cat ( he got his yearly shots also)and $106.00 for the dog.My airfare for two people was only $310.00.So we treat ourselves to the one thing we love.HOPEFULLY.

It's over Rangers beat Atlanta again 4-2. A 4 game sweep on to the next round.

Congrats ,maybe my guys can win at least one more and come back to the island to make some money for the house.I hope we are taking notes as to what we need for next year.Who do you want to play next?

At this point makes no difference. If the Devils beat Tampa they will play Buffalo. If not then it will be Ottawa.

OK, now that my guys are playing golf,I'm on board with the Rangers. I have to be ,or my wife will kill me. Do you know anything about the western conference teams? Who we should look for down the road.

Thats a tough conference only Calgary finished with less than 100 points( right now they ate tied 2 games a piece with Detroit). All 8 teame have good goalies. Look for San Jose to come out on top(just eliminated Nashville). And the Ducks beat Minnesota.

Do you think that Calgarys goalie McClennen will get a big suspension for swinging the stick near the end of the game.? He should get at least half of what Simon got.It was'nt as hard as Simon ,but still.

As yet I haven't seen or heard of this incedent
