When you are away from NYC it is hard to find a good pizza. Even those that advertise "New York Pizza" are not that good. I have also tried most of the frozen pizzas and find that 2 of them are better than those in the pizza places here, The brands are Fruchetta and DiGiorno. I usually buy the thin or ultra thin crust.

That's the way it is.

Either the rats like the pizza, or the pizza is good because what the rats add to the ingredients.

guys you can make your own from scratch, it's really not hard. Flour, water, yeast & "gravy" .

OH, and mozzarella of course. a litte parmesan, ricotta is good too, garlic, etc.

I love it! Gravy, haven't heard that one in a long time. I have tried making my own Pizza but it's too much trouble.

Yes Dbob, there are some really nice places all around Westchester, but when it's 7:00pm on a Friday night, I haven't got a good take-out to call.

DOwn here in Florida I find that pizza, bagels and Chinese food leave alot to be desired. In NY I never toasted a fresh bagel as I found that it would ruin the flavor and texture of aproperly made bagel. Here toasting is a must. Seldo eat pizza here as I wait to when I'm back in NY. Same goes for Chinese food although we do have a take-out that has good food.
