hi-
I remember at least in the '60's therewas a adiry restaurant on 17oth street West of the Concourse. My grandfather was ultra orthodox, so it must have been Kosher. The only Kosher deli I go to now is in New City.

ANGELS
Angels are the guardians of hope and wonder, the keepers of magic and dreams. Wherever there is love, an angel is flying by. Your guardian angel knows you inside and out, and loves you just the way you are. Angels keep it simple and always travel light. Remember to leave space in your relationships so the angels have room to play. Your guardian angel helps you find a place when you feel there is no place to go.

Yes I remember this eatery. More like a cafeteria with square tables. Best potatoes and kasha knishes in the world! Peorigies with sour cream, borsht, dairy soups etc.

If this is the restaurant you speak of you will remember the outside had some blue deco like mosaic glass on the posts, and a stoop or 2 steps up. We used to try to pick out some of the
irredescent blue mirrored tiles from the posts! I remember watching "Imitation of Life" at the Vogue as well as "Lifeboat"
