Visitation School in the Bronx is calling on all current and former parishioners, alumni, community members, neighbors and friends to celebrate with Visitation School as it begins its 75th Year of Catholic Education, and offer support for its continued presence in the Kingsbridge Community.
Festivities are planned for Sunday, October 21, 2007. Mass will be offered at 12:30 PM in the Church of the Visitation. Immediately following is a Fundraising Luncheon in the parish auditorium featuring Buffet Lunch, DJ Music, and School Tours. Response for this event has been positive, with many requests for seating at tables with fellow graduates or neighborhood friends.
Admission to the luncheon is by pre-paid ticket only. (Donation: $40 for adults and $25 for students).
For those unable to attend this event but who wish to show their continuing support, the 75th Anniversary Committee suggests a donation to the Visitation School Development Fund.
