They may call the upcoming episode "a Film Deal Gone Awry" or similar. The description appears on the website before anything.

I hired a Boston PR person to promote my Films (while the bulk of my Super 8 Films and lots of my other Films were shot in the Bronx back in the 70s.) Somehow things didn't turn out right, and, well, there's this big groundswell of anticipation upon what's going to happen on the May 9th Judge Maria Lopez Show. Locally Channel 11 at 1PM as you know.

This saga of David K. and me has already scored a major headline in The Boston Herald. Read it at Topix for Boston News 2006/10.

Btw I'm Scott Lifshine. You'll see my name flashed on the screen credits so when you see that guy you'll know it's me. I'm waiting for Judge Maria to update her website because I'm dying to learn how the producers handled the situation with their quips, and the comments Judge (I've never even HEARD of California Jam!) Maria always makes at Case Conclusion.

If you can't make it Wednesday the first rerun takes place Friday May 25th. Plus I'm expecting lots of other Coverage. I'm a noted Filmmaker. One of the things I did was get a big write-up for what I did at the incredible and legendary "Woodstock of the West" 1974 California Jam, but in actuality I wasn't even in California! I was right here in the Bronx. Right here in this very apartment and bedroom I'm transmitting from right now. It pointedly notes "Bronx resident Scott Lifshine ..." in this tremendously popular and runaway Story.

What is California Jam? More than a quarter million people standing in a dirt lot for 14 hours to hear the greatest music ever played on one day and I'm the only one who had the foresight to make tape off the local, then five weeks later the worldwide broadcast. Got one of the biggest write-ups in History for that, and that's not even my Biggest Musical! Any one of you who *may* be lucky enough to know RONNY from East Tremont Avenue knows what I'm talking about.

At the risk of sounding brash I believe more in stimulating conversation than I do in debate. When I say the California Jam mega-Show *is* the greatest music ever played I cannot be reasoned with and I will not be reasoned with. Along with my other Music I think you'd have a hard time persuading those 1/4 million other people standing in the dirt lot that Day that this isn't the greatest music ever played either. I just happen to be in the right place at the right time and was alert and equipped enough to tape "the Woodstock of the West," this Behemoth Show. At this time I'd request you don't waste your time and mine trying to persuade me (AND the 1/4 million other People at the Jam) into accepting any other forms of music, including rock and roll and anything else, thanks! Smiler

I'm also the only one who taped some of the earliest WWF Wrestling Shows which include the television debut of Jessie "the Body" Ventura and lots of other actions. Seems like 100s of wrestlers on these tapes. They were featured at the Wrestling HOF in Schenectady, New York.

I've got lots of great stuff. First watch me on Judge Maria Lopez next Wednesday then we can discuss more. It's been a long time since I've been on National Television. The last time I think was on The Joe Franklin Show. He's doing well. I was with him not too long ago. I have Press Agents. As Joe says, "the Best is yet to Come" and it is, Scott

Meanwhile wish me luck on Judge Maria with Wednesday!

lol amigo. There are lots of ppl doing that.

I'm the type doesn't believe in the short sell. If you've got it, flaunt it, and I want to hear about it. One thing, you'll never get me to believe in the ubiquitous Rock and Roll again. I'm sure the 1/4 million people standing in that Dirt Lot that Day agree, and it's a good thing.

The most important thing I can tell you about is RONNY from East Tremont Avenue. He's bigger and better than what I did at the Jam. I can tell you Jam stories, and I can tell you RONNY Stories. And I can tell you Jam stories intertwined with Ron.

I'm not alone about RONNY either. If you're fortunate enough to KNOW him, as I am, than you know what I'm talking about. I'm not alone by a Longshot.

The Show is now CONFIRMED: Go onto http://www.judgemarialopez.com for next Wednesday and hit "The Greatest Filmmaker Ever Flops!" and that's me.

We shall see if my Film flopps. Maybe it does! I shot what I believe to be the world's most unique Films ever right here on East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx. Everyone agrees.

Let's see how the marketing ploy works come Wednesday with Judge Maria (I've never HEARD of California Jam!) Lopez. Check your local stations for times to see Bronx resident Scott Lifshine possibly change the face of Television forever this Wednesday.

I made a mistake by not Pulitzer-nominating my world astounding California Jam coup Story in early 2002.

Momentum is building...
