Hey there, my name is Eddie, 43 years young. I grew up around the block from the candy store. Cozy Corners I believe was the old name. Those were the good old times.

Take care,

Eddie

<frank m> - I lived on Burke and Bouck from 65-70 (went to college 70-74). My dad and I would walk to the station every evening so that he could get the early edition of the paper at the news stand there. We always grabbed a slice. Great pizza.

I can't believe I do not remember the name of that candy store. But I do remember there was a young woman in there I used to go in there at least once a day and buy baseball cards. And the candy store was right across the street from Our Lady Of Solace Catholic School. I used to get pizza from the pizza parlor 50 feet away from the candy store. Boy those were the good old days.

Rogerb,
Good for you I'm still in Morris Park. If the friends you grew up with are still not here they are not worth having. Make your neighborhood better it still is a grest place to live
