I too am always checking out buildings(mine "thing" is older buildings and/or views) and I'm always afraid that one day I'll be busted (or shot in the head  !).My best ever: climbing up thru the clocktower of the Williamsburgh Bank Tower (1 Hanson Pl, corner Atlantic & Flatbush Aves, Bklyn) and taking pics OUTSIDE above the clockfaces. Great pictues. Takes me back. I lived at James Monroe Projects from aprox 1961 - 1971. Hasn't changed a bit. Thanks for taking time to take pictures.

I lived in the THroggs Neck houses from 1953 until 1971..I worked in all those developments from 1981 until 1984.
