Did any of the guys from the Bronx who left for the service in the 1960's return to N.Y.C???

WELLLLLL YEAAAAAAH!!! I joined 3-16-64 after gompers h.s. korea from 8/64-8/65, and viet-nam from 11/65-11/66. A re=up sgt. in viet-nam ased this 20 year old sgt what are you gong to do now? I said go home to the Bronx. The punk had te nerve to say, don't you want to better yourself? He stayed in and I CAME HOME TO THE BRONX!!!!
