Hi to everyone from the Bronx. If you are between the ages of 48 to 54 , and listened to the Stylistics, and wore Sharkskin pants with Playboy shoes and an Alpacka sweater; then would you please get in contact with me. I either come across people who lived in the Bronx when Big Bands played at The Paradise Theater, or young folks who don't know what a 45 is and never tasted an egg cream in their lives. Thanks for the "Memories".

Hi Mellow, you mentioned JHS 80 in your title _ iwent there (graduated in 1968 - and I am definitely in the age range of your question.

Did you go to 80? What years?

I grew up on Webster Ave between 200st and Mosholu Parkway went to JHS 80 left in 71 a bunch of us hung out on 200st Bedford Park we used to sit on the stoop, corner candy store and Mike's Pizza right across the street thats when you could get a pizza and soda for a buck.

I moved to Webster ave in 1968 and lived there until I graduated from Aviation H.S. 1n 1977.
I remember How I saved all my money working in the bodega on 183rd and Park ave to buy my first pair of plaboys.Vining with my stitch shirt and sharkskin pants with the flaps. Those were fun days slow dancing with the girls to the chi-lites,delfonics stylistics. So many great memories
