When I was a teenager, I "hung out" in Marble Hill though I lived in Inwood (upper Manhattan) and would love to locate some of "that old gang of mine" from the late 1950s. I was known as Janie Phillips then.
Also, does anyone remember a high school called Manual Trades? I believe it was in the Bronx. Or School of Industrial Arts? Many of my friends from the Bronx went there, though it was located in lower Manhattan.
