Isnt this illegal? Or, in the very least, questionable? Shouldn't you be asking your lawyer this question? Doesn't he/she know? Are you going to harrass him/her? Why do you want this information?

I was only trying to get an address and phone number for my four children that I have not seen or heard from in over 10 years.

...yeah... riGHT- - -! I'd bet this some crazy stalker wants 10 years worth of revenge or something! The victim was probably placed under witness protection ! Aint none of us know this dude or what he'll do, once in possession of said information...

All he has to do is go to the court with all this information and look up the case, I believe it's public information. Something doesn't sound right here.
