My father and his brothers hung-out, Patsy, Louie, Danny and Joey DeLuise. My mother's family lived on Burke, Marie Daddio. She says she remembers Cero's. Does anyone remember them? Smiler

Of course, the candy shop? Remember Three Boys From Italy Pizzeria? I think they are still there.

I lived on Holland and Burke from 72-74, when I got married, I moved to Cruger Ave. just a block away until 77.

I lived at 655 Burke for the first year I was married ..1972 to 1973.

Smiler I hung out at Cero's candy store for years. before cero bought it belonged to mike. Most of us lived on holland ave. I hung out there from approx. 1960 to 1971. remember the Red Wings, Crazy Jamie, the names of a few of us was: Kenny D. johnny golio, Tony La Russo, Gregory, Marcell, Sal ( the pear). Joey D.

Hi Steve, I was there with Mike also, I also worked there with him also with Big Louie. The people I hung out with was with .... Johnny Golio (cousin), Joe D'Arigo, Marcel, Tony Larusso.... Do you have any pictures i can send you some.

I remember your name so well, but can't remember what you look like. It has been years since I seen anyone, even my cousin Johnny Golio. Well that girlfriend I had Sue, Is my wife and we have been married for 34 years, we had two girls and now are grandparents of three. We now live in Florida since 1990 and we are doing great.

REMEMBER HOFT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET? THE BEST CANDY STORE! THEY MADE THEIR OWN CANDY. WENT THERE EVERY VALENTINE'S DAY. THE LINE USE TO BE ALL THE WAY DOWN WHITE PLAINS RD. THEY USE TO MAKE THE BEST LIME RICKY'S EGG CREAMS, AND COKE WITH THE SYRUP & SELTZER WATER!! SADLY, THE WHOLE BLOCK BURNED DOWN MANY YEARS AGO AND TOOK HOFT'S WITH IT. TAKE CARE!!

bob, my brother charles lives in florida also, on the eAST COAST IN deerfield. you used to take me for rides in your cougar, i remember you worked for a printer. you also sang do*** with danny deranger, i played guitar with the band , i am about three or four years younger than you. i really miss the bronx , it was a great neighborhood.
