This is Mike an old friend of Alex from JHS 82. We met a few times the last time at your apartment in Yonkers. I read your posts from Feb-Mar a couple of weeks ago. I feel terrible reading about Alex's passing. I sent u an email to the address that you gave to condors back in April but didn't get a response. I would real like to talk to u. In the meantime Merry Christmas to u and your family.

I was in touch with Laurie T a few months ago and also learned of Alex's death at that time. I contacted her through the Bronx Boards and did hear back from her. This is Elaine (formerly) Fenster and I hung out at the projects too.

I didn't forget the picture of RW with some of the guys --fixed my scanner--I need to find the picture again. Hope all is well.

Also, I found a picture on The Bronx Board of our (Alex and my) 9th grade class Its under JHS 82 (Macomb's) 1965 9th/9-402). Looking at the picture I'm left of Alex.

I knew Rocco from the projects and the summer center at PS 109. I knew Karen and her sister Doreen. I was good friends with Doreen's husband. Did Florence have red hair? Sheldon sounds familar. What year did u graduate from JHS 82? I went to PS 109 also.

Hi there, Alex and his family were good friends of mine. I was so sorry to hear of the passing through my brother . Im Stan Berman and grew up there at 156W174. Wow what memories i have , I can picture right now Myself May Alex's Mom and Vickie his sister standing in front of the flag pole and some one was takeing our picture , in fact i think I still have it.
Im in Omaha Nebraska now and would enjoy to hear from any of the great friends I knew back then.

Thought a lot of the prodjects last night . Does any one have any info on a Robert Shaw he lived on 175 off popham. he had a brother Andrew and also a younger brother David.
Bobby as we called him lived there in the 50's and 60's.
