I haven't gone to my LPs in a long time. I'm pretty sure I still have a few Weavers recordings, but I don't remember what else.

I have a few 78s though. One is an RCA (I don't remember if it's red label or black label) recording of Sing, Sing, Sing. You have to flip the record in the middle of Gene Krupa's drum solo.

My favorite part of that concert was Margaret Tilton's "And the angels sing."

My favorit band was Stan Kenton.

Do any of you out there remember Warren Covington? He took over the Tommey Dorsey band after Dorsey died. It was known as Warren Covington and the Tommey Dorsey Band. His son is one of my neighbors and my wife and I knew him as he lived in our neighborhood.
