I know what Paradise is referring too, its not really a inside joke, but the song refers to Johnny my Angels boyfriend before he decided he wanted to stay with his wifey and family.

Jose you make me laugh, I heard this song on Youtube and I thought to myself, what a perfect song, Johnny got angry, he got mad, stupid man, he didn't have a clue to what was going on down South, not a clue.
